Australia's leading performance car manufacturer, HSV, released details of some major upgrades to its GEN-F range.

To be known as "GEN-F2", the range revisions include:

·         The fitment of a 400kW/671Nm 6.2 litre Supercharged LSA V8 engine to its ClubSport R8, ClubSport R8 Tourer, Maloo R8 and Senator Signature models

·         Revised suspension on the new LSA-powered models

·         Revised front and rear fascias

·         New contoured side-skirts

·         New 20" alloy wheels on GTS, Maloo and the ClubSport models

·         New bonnet vents

·         Two new colour options

The addition of the Supercharged LSA engine to the ClubSport R8, Maloo R8 and Senator Signature models is sure to be well received. HSV first launched this powertrain in its hero model - GTS, at the introduction of the GEN-F range, and its extension to the majority of the HSV line-up ensures HSV can confidently lay claim to having one of, if not the, most powerful performance production car range available in Australia.
