2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport Dynamic

Land Rover has further enhanced the visual appeal of its latest premium, compact SUV with the launch of the Discovery Sport Dynamic at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Striking design
The Discovery Sport Dynamic features a number of exterior enhancements, including Narvik Black exterior details, body-coloured mouldings and door claddings and the choice of a unique new 19" wheel design in Satin Dark Grey, or a 20" Gloss Black wheel.

Combined with new interior colours and detailing, the new Dynamic design option creates a powerful and striking impression.

Gerry McGovern, Land Rover Design Director and Chief Creative Officer said: "The Discovery Sport Dynamic has been created to heighten the design appeal of the Discovery Sport. Gloss black is a key accent colour differentiator on the exterior, while the use of body coloured bumpers and door claddings emphasise its on-road, sporty presence.

With the launch of the Discovery Sport Dynamic, we are offering our customers greater choice in the look and feel of their vehicle."

All-terrain capability
The capability of the Discovery Sport is heightened by the introduction of All Terrain Progress Control (ATPC) for 2016. ATPC is an advanced system that enables drivers to set and maintain a steady speed in off-road conditions. Developed by Land Rover's industry-leading all-terrain specialists, ATPC functions similarly to a cruise control system, operational between 2km/h and 30km/h. The system adapts the vehicle's behaviour according to the terrain, allowing even novice users the control of an expert off-road driver.

2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque

Land Rover has strengthened its fastest-selling model, the Range Rover Evoque. The luxury compact SUV features a comprehensive range of new design features and technologies to reinforce its status as the market leader.

Range Rover Evoque's cutting-edge exterior design has been further enhanced with a selection of carefully chosen revisions. These updates include a new front bumper, two new grille designs, all-LED headlamps and three new alloy wheel designs. These changes will enhance Evoque's unique design to a broad range of customers.

Interior changes include new seats and door casings, new infotainment system, accessed via an eight-inch touchscreen, and the introduction of new colour and materials such as Lunar Ice, Vintage Tan and Dark Cherry (Autobiography only) complementing Evoque's bold architectural forms.

Land Rover's advanced new diesel engine also debuts. The new EU6-compliant four-cylinder Ingenium unit brings a class-leading combination of performance, refinement and efficiency. The cutting-edge engine, which is designed, engineered and manufactured in the UK, provides up to 180PS, fuel economy of up to 68mpg (4.2l/100km) and CO2 emissions as low as 109g/km. That makes the class-leading Evoque the most efficient Land Rover ever produced.

Gerry McGovern, Land Rover Design Director and Chief Creative Officer said: "The Range Rover Evoque first established and then dominated the luxury compact SUV sector generating worldwide acclaim and sales success. Our challenge has been to evolve the Evoque design without diluting its distinctive character."

2017 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Ember Edition

Land Rover introduced an exclusive Special Edition of its fastest selling model, the Range Rover Evoque. As part of a package of enhancements to the original luxury compact SUV, the striking 'Ember' edition features a bold red and black theme boosting its appeal.

The new 2017 model year Range Rover Evoque also offers next-generation InControl Touch Pro infotainment across the range, providing a 10.2-inch tablet-style pinch and zoom touchscreen control and a customisable home screen to ensure customers' favourite apps are always at their fingertips.

The Range Rover Evoque, which established its own sector in 2011, has surpassed 520,000 sales globally when it re-wrote the motoring rule books and has amassed 182 international awards.

Ember Special Edition
The red and black themed 'Ember' Special Edition builds on the attributes of the Range Rover Evoque HSE Dynamic with striking exterior and interior details. A distinctive Firenze Red roof contrasts with the Santorini Black body colour and is complemented by matching exterior design elements, including the front and rear tow eye covers.

Phil Simmons, Land Rover's Studio Director for Exterior Design Realisation said: "We wanted to give the Range Rover Evoque Ember Special Edition a sporty feel; contrasting the intensity of the Firenze Red with Santorini Black really shows off the Evoque's stand-out proportions."

2017 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Convertible

Joining the Range Rover Evoque line-up in 2016, the new Range Rover Evoque Convertible enhances the desirability of the Range Rover Evoque family, taking the Land Rover brand to a new audience of customers looking for a unique combination of open-air luxury and refinement.

Available in two luxurious specifications - SE Dynamic and HSE Dynamic - the Range Rover Evoque Convertible provides a four-seat interior, the next-generation Land Rover InControl® Touch Pro™ infotainment system and unrivalled all-terrain capability.

The Range Rover Evoque Convertible retains the elegant design proportions of the five-door and coupe derivatives with its acoustically-lined fabric roof open or closed. Interior volume and luggage capacity have been maximized for cargo versatility regardless of the roof's position.

Gerry McGovern, Land Rover Design Director and Chief Creative Officer, commented: "When the Range Rover Evoque Convertible was first shown as a concept, the response was overwhelmingly positive. It was the next logical step to bring the pioneering concept to reality and with a clear design strategy we have safeguarded the distinctive character of the Range Rover Evoque. The result is the ultimate expression of fun and desirability, building on the ever-popular Range Rover Evoque nameplate which continues to bring new customers to the brand."

DESIGN
Land Rover designers have retained the bold and progressive exterior design of the Range Rover Evoque with the convertible roof system open or closed. A sophisticated fabric roof with tension-bow architecture creates a defined silhouette that remains faithful to the original design of the vehicle, while the Z-fold mechanism folds flush with the rear bodywork for a sleek, uncluttered appearance. New frameless doors have also been developed to ensure a clean profile when the roof is stowed.
